Hello Class
I am looking forward to this class it has always been my passion to learn more ways of healing besides the norm of going to the doctor, getting a prescription for medication, that just does not work. I enjoy yoga, palates, meditation and learning new things in this life I was blessed with. Stress is definitely a problem for me so I will work hard to change that in this term.
Thank you for such a warm welcome. It is great to be able to learn with you of all the wondrous ways we can find true happiness and peace in life. We share much in common for hobbies and activities, all things that I am able to find that relaxing moment that makes my day go much smoother. I wish you the best on your journey to complete wholeness and human flourishing!
ReplyDeleteStress is a heavy burden for us to carry and it is so hard on us physically as well as emotionally. I love yoga and I think that is a great way to destress and I also enjoy meditation however, there are some times that I do find it difficult to find the time and that is challenging and stressful as well. Good luck to you this term!
